Policy By User And Group lists the policies that apply to users and groups with defined exceptions.
Through this screen, administrators can view special security rules that override global settings for specific users or groups.

General Information​

This view shows which users or groups operate under policies different from the global system settings.

Displayed Information:

  • User or group name
  • Applied custom policies
  • Type of exception

Purpose​

  • Centrally monitor user- or group-specific security configurations
  • Identify which users are excluded from the general Master Policy
  • Manage exceptions related to MFA, AD-HOC, or connection policies
  • Reset or update user/group-specific policies when necessary

Summary​

Policy By User And Group provides a unified view of all user- and group-level policy exceptions.
This allows administrators to easily identify users or groups operating outside the Master Policy and maintain consistency across the organization’s security framework.
